   Hi, just looking at your website and you VW bay. We too bought a VW 79 Moonraker from OVH in August 2008. We too, as expected are having trouble with the little beauty. Just wondered if you can say if Bulli Barn are good and not expensive as I have to get her sorted before this season. We had a leisure battery fitted last year and since that the electrics have been a pain in the back side, ie not starting after having a short run.

   Hello Neil,

   I don’t know how the Bulli Barn is with electrics as they’ve not had much to do with that area. They were excellent at sorting the engine though which ran like a dog when we first bought her – since Les played with it she’s run beautifully. They also sorted our MOT and are very helpful & friendly. A friend who’s also got a VW has said that he considers them expensive but I’ve not balked at any bill we’ve had and we’ve always been happy with the work they’ve done.
