An eventful first day it has to be said. I'm hoping l don't have to use the boys in the yellow vans to rescue my yellow van but you never know. And I'm so jealous that you have traveled so much further than l did on my first drive. I will keep an eye out for your van at events in 09 so we can swap details of first drives over vodka.

Birdy. Volksworld.com/forum

Hiya Karl and Bob. Very interesting first day I guess! After nearly 2 years with "Seababa" (long story on name) I still do not tire of the waves and friendly smiles and looks.
Ours was a "nuts and bolts" resto, but I still find things to sort out and spend money on! It is certainly eating into our kiddies college funds!
Sure you have already, but have you got a valuation certificate for the insurance? I managed to get a £20k valuation, which only required me to provide all the pictures from the resto. Makes a difference if the unthinkable happens and the beast catches fire!
Anyway, welcome to the world of campers. Yellow Peril.
